Our flight was a little late taking off but the pilot made up time and we landed a little early in London.
We took a bus to Victoria Station and then a cab to our hotel. We decided to walk to Piccadilly Circus to meet my brother. What a great city London is – so much history! The 3 of walked around going to Trafalgar Square where they a have a huge video screen for people to watch the Olympics, stopped at a pub (Punch & Judy) for a pint, then walked by Buckingham Palace. We then walked to Harrods (what a huge store!!) and my feet decided I needed to sit so we found another pub and stopped for a second pint. By this time Wayne and I were feeling pretty tired so David thought we should all take the Tube back to our hotel. We got out at Waterloo station and walked around the London Eye and area for a little longer before we said our good byes to David and went back to our hotel. Our visit here was much too short and I know I will have to come back for a longer visit next time.

Hi, great pictures of London. You must have been tired after the night flight - but nothing a few pints wouldn't fix. Everything is fine here Carleigh is at work and Dexter is having luch. Can't wait to see and hear more. Have fun...
London is great! My brother and his wife and her family are on this cruise! They are on deck 10, so if you run into a big group from Quincy MA (and a few from Liverpool) say Hi from Auntie Lauire for me! Have a great time and thanks for blogging.
Have a great cruise Linda and Wayne. I will hold up the cycling end on my end. I am not used to this blogging thing and will leave a short post for now.
